Service Programs
Upon agreeing to participate in any of the following programs, the customer agrees to be on automatic fill, begin with a zero balance or credit, and keep the account out of delinquent status. If you allow your account to become 60 days delinquent all future deliveries must be paid before delivery. Also if the account becomes delinquent the contract can be nullified and deliveries will be at market price. If the account remains delinquent we may be forced to remove the tank and discontinue service.
Pre-Buy Program
This program allows you to pre-buy a minimum of 500 gallons at the special locked in price, but the amount must be paid by 10-9-2020. Once we receive the signed contract you will be invoiced for the total amount including sales tax. Any balance remaining at the end of the heating season is transferable to the following year in dollars not gallons.
Lock-In Price Program (net 30 days)
This program allows you to lock-in the above price for the heating season that runs from October to March. Payment for each delivery must be paid within 30 days of delivery.
Budget Payment Program
This program allows you to spread the estimated annual cost of propane over an eleven-month period, September thru July. Based on your projected used we will determine a monthly payment that will be due on the 15th of every month. The month of August will be the settlement month. This is the difference of what your monthly budget payments total and the amount of propane actually delivered. If during the season we see that your amount used is going to exceed your budget payments we may recommend you adjust your monthly payment accordingly.
After hours and weekend deliveries will be charged a $20.00 delivery fee. Also, to avoid running out, we ask that you contact us when your tank is no lower than 20%. If your tank runs out as a "will call" customer, there will be an additional $25.00 fee for the leak test that is required by our insurance company.
